Casey came out to give us a quote on window installation and he was very prompt, professional and knowledgable about the windows. As a business owner in the construction industry, it is imperative to me that a company knows their business and Casey proved this to me immediately! He left me with a quote, and more over, the confidence that Window Depot was the right company for the job.We called them a few weeks later and he came back out to double-confirm his measurements before ordering our windows. The windows arrived exactly when he said they would and he called me on a Friday afternoon to schedule the installation for first thing Monday morning.
The crew (Thomas and Dan) arrived Monday morning and they were even early (the first time that has happened in our experience with contractors here in West Texas); the two men introduced themselves right off the bat and explained what they would be doing and got right to work. Within 2 hours our windows were installed and sealed...and they even cleaned the glass inside and out. They left no mess behind, just a good impression.
My husband and I were so pleased with the job they did that we have since called them back to ask about other remodeling work they could do for a new project in the house!
