I called 3 window contractors in town before choosing Window Depot and am more than happy with my decision. One of the companies I had come out (you've probably seen their commercials on t.v) had a smooth talking salesman and we were considering going with them but when I called to ask a question I was told they would get back to me, 3 days later and still no response I stopped by their show room and was told they had computer problems but would get back to me in a couple of days, after a week and still no answer I went with Windows Depot. They answered all my questions on the spot. Casey may not be as smooth a salesman as some of the others but he makes up for it in his knowledge and honesty and besides I was buying windows not a salesman. Lynn was great and made me feel confident that going with a local family business was the right choice. The slight tint to the windows looks great from the outside and guts down on some of the glare. My wife works from home and said that the crew that installed the windows was great, they even replaced some rotted wood around my bathroom window at no extra charge. The windows look great and have noticed a reduction of drafts in my home. Would recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows replaced.
